We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that all returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@n3rdesigns.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if available, along with the original packing slip or order confirmation.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt of the returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return instructions above and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund, including any necessary return shipping costs.
